The first word that comes to one's mind when they hear Indian food is "spicy". Well, today, I would like to break that stereotype because there is so much to Indian cuisine than just 'spicy'.
Food is an essential requirement of our body; we all know it. But apart from making us healthy, it plays a prominent role in satisfying our physical, mental, and emotional needs, which are directly related to it. Thus consuming food becomes a necessary thing. Different countries  in this are popular for their delicious cuisine, and those delicacies also play an integral part in their respective cultures.

Indians are known for their hardworking nature and their love for spicy Indian food. For years there was a misconception among the western nations that Indian food means chillies and more chillies!
However Indian food represents a unique combination of different kinds of spices.

  • A unique blend of spices that also gives a pleasing aroma:

 Indian food usually comprises a unique blend of spices which makes it delicious. That's why the foreigner's who generally have their staple foods get easily wooed by the taste of Indian cuisines. Coriander, cardamom, cloves, curry powder, and black pepper are crucial spices commonly used in most Indian food.

  • Depicts the cultural beauty of India:
